“Davide, from the first days of the emergency, continually updated us regarding our trip and the policy applied by the country of our destination. He gave us all the informations and all the support possible. Unfortunately we didn’t travel and we received an “open voucher” of the same amount to spend in the next 24 months when the emergency will down and we will travel again. We are so happy because his behaviour was very professional but at the same time very kind and “as a family member”. We really trust in him.”
