Beyond The Ordinary

“We had booked a family holiday to Guatemala for mid June back in January.  BtO contacted us soon after countries began to lock down  to advise on the situation in Guatemala and explain how this would affect our holiday.  We held off for a bit but made the sad decision to cancel 2 weeks ago and they quickly returned all our money with no mention of credit notes and no attempt to pressure us to reschedule.  We were hugely impressed given the stories in the press.  Maybe this is the advantage of booking with a small independent company where you get a really personal experience and feel like you actually know each other – a much more personal experience .  The communication has been great from start to finish and though we are sad we have agreed that as soon as our trip is viable again they will contact us and we can set a new date.”
